| Description: |
There are four reservoirs at Tring, three of which, Marsworth, Startops and Wilstone, offer coarse fishing on a day ticket or annual permit. Built in the early 1800's, these reservoir's provide water for the Grand Union Canal via the Wendover Arm Canal.
Marsworth Reservoir covers 40 acres and offers easy access bank fishing from the dam wall. Target species are Bream, Tench, Roach and Carp with the odd Perch. Pike run to twenty pounds and Catfish to sixty pounds offer an interesting alternative target.

Tring is on the A41 between Hemel Hempstead and Aylesbury. The reservoirs are on the B489 about 13 miles from Luton. |
