Description: Naseby Reservoir is a picturesque feeder water for the Leicester Line of the Grand Union Canal. The size of this British Waterways reservoir varies from a peak of 95 acres to a winter low of just 19 acres. At these times the fish become heavily concentrated, the record match weight of 248lb of carp and roach was set during a period of low water levels. Naseby is easily accessible with plenty of room for bivvies and boasts Pike to just under 30 pounds with carp to mid thirties. Other species include Perch, Catfish, Tench, Bream and Trout.
Directions: From the M1 junction 19 follow the A14 towards Kettering. After 6 miles exit at junction 1. Turn left onto A5199, then take the first left into the Biffa track.
Season: Open all year round, 24 hours a day
Day Ticket: £6 for one rod, £10 for two rods
Concessions £4 for one rod £8 for two rods
Night Fishing by prior arrangement only: £20 for two rods

  •  Please note that there are no toilet facilities.
Rules:
  •  Please note that night fishing requires booking. If you are not booked in you will be asked to leave & banned
  •  All anglers must have waders or wellington boots during the times when the res is low & also fishing from the left hand side of the reservoir
  •  Reasonable size unhooking mats & landing nets must be used at all times
  •  Lead weights are illegal. Please use non toxic weights.
  •  Use barbless hooks. Anyone caught with barbed hooks will be asked to leave.
