| Description: |
This reservoir is 2 miles long and 180 acres when full. Rudyard is a mixed fishery holding pike to 28lb, perch to 4lb 4oz, carp to twenties, bream and tench. You can fish from over 150 permanent pegs, or from a boat which can be hired, or you can launch your own. Stoke Angling book allows 2 rods but you can fish with up to 4 rods by purchasing extra day tickets on the bank from the Ranger. |

| Rules: |
- Fishing is from dawn to dusk.
- Night fishing for pike is NOT allowed.
- All vehicles to be sensibly parked. Parking on the railway side for cars using the Rushton Spencer access is free, however, parking at the Dam is Pay and Display.
- No fishing is allowed in the conservation area at the north end of the lake.
